Ages 5-14

The heart and soul of each area.

This division is for any interested child who

wants to learn how to become a cheerleader.

They will safely learn basic stunts and tumbling as well as age appropriate cheers.

For years, the JDYFL, formerly known as TJYFL has been a football only league. Over the years, several member organizations have developed growing and thriving cheer programs. It's time to highlight the sport of cheer in our league and empower our cheerleaders to grow into stars of the mat!

    We invite all All-Star players, cheerleaders, coaches, and families to join us on

     Sunday, January 11, 2026, from 12:00–2:00 PM 

    at the Orange County High School Field House. 

    During this time, we will acknowledge and celebrate the dedication of our All-Star players, cheerleaders, and coaches.
